Terms & Conditions of Mallorca Culinary Tours

1. Scope and Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Mallorca Culinary Tours, including:
- Wine tours & culinary excursions
- Cooking classes & events (including activities at the Culinary Lab in Cala d'Or)
- Private tastings & sommelier services
- Private chef and event services
By booking any of our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment Conditions
2.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
- A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and Mallorca Culinary Tours has sent a confirmation.
2.2 Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required at booking (via credit card or bank transfer).
- Remaining balance due 7 days before the scheduled service (via bank transfer).
- Last-minute bookings (less than 1 week before the event): 50% deposit upon booking, remainder paid in cash at the start of the tour/event.
- All prices include taxes & fees.
- Clients covering bank transfer fees are responsible for additional charges.
3. Booking Modifications
- Modifications to a booking must be requested in writing via email to info@mallorcaculinarytours.com.
- Any additional costs incurred due to modifications must be covered by the client.
- No refunds for changes to a confirmed itinerary.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellations for Multi-Day Tours (2+ Days)
- Up to 31 days before tour start: 50% refund (if full amount was paid).
- 30 days or less before the tour: No refund.
4.2 Cancellations for Day & Half-Day Tours / Cooking Classes
- Up to 72 hours before the event: 50% refund (if full amount was paid).
- 48 hours or less before the event: No refund.
- No-show is considered a cancellation with no refund.
5. Insurance & Liability Waiver
- Mallorca Culinary Tours recommends purchasing travel & health insurance for the duration of your stay.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Culinary Lab events: Participants are responsible for their own actions. We accept no liability for damages or injuries.
- Mallorca Culinary Tours reserves the right to change terms at any time.
6. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By making a booking and paying the required deposit, the client confirms that they fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
7. Miscellaneous
- Mallorca Culinary Tours cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- All tours & events are carefully organized, but changes to itineraries may occur.
